Privacy policy

If you fill in the enquiry form, we receive what you typed into it: your name, and whichever of business name, email address, phone number, business type, current website, project type, budget range and message you chose to provide. We use it to reply to you and to discuss the work — nothing else.

This site records a small, first-party count of page views so we can see which pages are useful. That record contains the page path, the type of event, the date, and the domain you arrived from — for example google.com. It does not include your IP address, a device identifier, a cookie, or anything else that could identify you, and it is never shared with a third party or used for advertising.

There are no third-party analytics scripts, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site.

The public website sets no cookies. A single session cookie is set only when someone signs in to the private administration area, and it exists purely to keep that person signed in.

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation and any work that follows. If you'd like your enquiry deleted, email us and we'll remove it.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone except the services needed to host this website and its database. If a project needs a third-party service — a payment provider or booking system, for example — we'll tell you which one before it's used.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we'll take care of it.
