Your business,
advanced.
I build fast, properly designed websites for small businesses, at a price you can justify.
- Advance sites
- Advance craft
- Advance service
People look you up before they call.
They find you on a phone, usually in a hurry, often standing outside. Whatever loads in those few seconds is the impression, whether it is fair or not.
Made for your business
The layout, the words and the colours come from what you actually do. Nothing is dropped into a theme someone else is already using.
Built for the phone first
The phone layout gets designed on purpose. It is not the desktop one squeezed down and hoped for.
Ends in an enquiry
Every page has one obvious next step, and it is usually a call.
What I do
Design, build, launch, and look after it once it is live. One person for all four, so nothing falls between two suppliers.
01Website design
A design drawn for your business, not chosen from a list.
I start from what you do and who you want walking in, then draw the pages around that. You see the design and pull it apart before a line of it gets built.
- Custom layouts
- Your colours and type
- Approved before the build starts
02Website development
Built by hand on the same stack the big products use.
No page builder, no theme, no plugin stack that breaks when one of them updates. That is why these sites load quickly and stay easy to add to later.
- Loads fast
- Code you could hand to anyone
- Easy to extend
03Mobile
The phone layout is designed, not shrunk.
Most people meet your business on a phone, often standing outside it. That layout gets its own thinking, and I check it on real devices before launch rather than in a browser window.
- Purpose-built phone layouts
- Tap targets you can actually hit
- Checked on real phones
04SEO foundations
The groundwork search engines need before any ranking work pays off.
Clean markup, real headings, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and the business schema that puts your hours and address where Google looks for them. This is the floor, not a ranking promise.
- Semantic markup and metadata
- Sitemap and robots rules
- Local business schema
05Booking & forms
The part that turns a visitor into a message in your inbox.
Appointments, quote requests, callbacks, orders. Built into the site or wired to whatever you already use, with validation that keeps the junk out and notifications that actually arrive.
- Appointment booking
- Quote and enquiry forms
- Notifications that arrive
06Looking after it
Updates, changes, and the small fixes that keep it earning its place.
Sites need maintaining. New prices, a new page, a photo swap, a plugin-free update, a backup that exists. You can do most of it yourself, and I do the rest.
- Content and price changes
- Updates and monitoring
- Backups that exist
What I've built
Real projects: what was wrong before, and what got built about it.

If the second one is closer to your site than the first, that is worth a conversation.
Talk about a rebuildFour steps, no mystery.
You always know what is happening and what is next.
- 01
A call
What the business does, who you want walking in, and what the site has to make happen.
- 02
A design to approve
You see it before anything is built, and you say what is wrong with it.
- 03
The build
The design becomes a real site. Fast, sturdy, and yours to edit.
- 04
Launch
It goes live on your domain, with the email and the search groundwork sorted.
The studio is one person.
That changes three things, and most of them are in your favour.
You deal with me
No account manager, no handover, no brief passed to someone you have never met. Whoever designs it builds it, and answers when you email about it.
No agency overhead in the price
There is no office, no sales team and no account layer to carry. The quote covers the work.
You can change it yourself
Prices, hours, menus, photos, new pages. You should not have to wait on me for the small things, so you don't.
One person, start to finish.
AdvanceSites is me. I design the site, I build it, and I am the one who answers when something breaks at nine on a Sunday.
The businesses I work with are the ones that keep a street running: a practice, a caterer, a bakery, a gym, a trade. Most of them either have nothing online at all, or have something that has not been touched in years and is quietly losing them the people who checked.
I build in four languages, Arabic included, right to left and properly set. A lot of these businesses serve people who do not read English first, and a site that ignores that is leaving money on the table.
- Design, build and launch, start to finish
- No templates and no page builders
- Still here after launch
Owner-run businesses.
Different trades, the same job: look like you are worth calling, answer the question, make it easy to get in touch.
- Restaurants
- Barbers & salons
- Medical practices
- Fitness businesses
- Contractors
- Real estate
- Professional services
- Local businesses
- E-commerce
- Nonprofits
Not on the list? Ask anyway.
Tell me about your businessWhat clients say
Nothing here yet. I would rather leave it empty than write my own reviews — when a client says something worth quoting, it goes here.
Questions, answered
If yours is not here, ask. You will get a straight answer.
What does a website cost?
It depends on what the site has to do. A five-page site for a local business and a store that takes payments, schedules deliveries and tracks stock are not the same job. Tell me what you need and you get one fixed number before anything starts — not a range that moves later.
How long does it take?
Most of the wait is not me. It is content and feedback. A straightforward site moves quickly once I have your text and photos; booking systems, online payments and second languages add real time. You get a schedule with the quote.
I already have a website. Is that a problem?
No, rebuilds are most of what I do. Your content, your URLs and whatever search position you have all carry across. The parts that are letting you down get replaced.
Can I update it myself?
Yes, and you should be able to. Prices, hours, menus, photos, new pages: yours. If you would rather not, I do it.
Do I own it?
Yes. The domain, the content and the code are yours, and they stay yours if you ever want to take the site to someone else.
What if I need something unusual?
Say what it is. So far that has meant quotes, payments and delivery scheduling for a caterer; correct sales tax, pickup windows and stock that stops overselling for a bakery; and a practice site in French, English and Arabic with a private admin area behind it.
What happens after it launches?
You have my email. Nothing about the site depends on me being available, but I am.
Tell me about your business.
What it does, what the site needs to make happen, and any date you are working towards. I read these myself and reply with next steps and a number.
- I read every enquiry myself
- One fixed quote, not a range
- No obligation to go ahead
Your business, advanced.
Let's talk about your site.
A short call, no pitch. You will come away knowing what it would cost and whether I am the right person to build it.
